Was Patrick Soria just a “Patsy”? Today, the DA Todd Spitzer claims to know nothing of the evidence or the victims’ repeated pleas for justice. Did his office destroy the criminal case to protect a software system co-owned by Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties?

Not a rogue with a printer, but a code-writing trick.

Where counties and bankers all rigged up the scores.
Orange to Riverside, L.A. to the east coast Bay,
Their names on the patents, their hands in the play.

Is that why the court let him slip in the night?
