ABOUT THE CONVOY
THE FIRST PROPERTY OWNER/CPS/APS/GUARDIANSHIP CONVOY TO D.C.
The Toll and Roll™ Convoy was/is an organized action trip that went from Oregon to California and on to Washington DC to meet with DOGE and as many representatives as they could. The Convoy was to leave Oregon for Orange County and on to Washington D.C.. But, the bus had mechanical dysfunction and a last minute car caravan ensued. The Delegates met with Mayors, Congressmen, Representatives and victims of the crimes along the way, state by state, town by town.
The Delegates met up with victims in multiple states and stopped at offices and businesses implicated to deliver and post notices. They delivered by hand and by blue tape, fondly calling themselves, “The Blue Tape Militia”.
Countless victims went to DC and assisted the Delegates in meeting with representatives at their offices and packaging and delivering documents, as well as the team mailed near 100 notices from DC to across the nation to parties who are mentioned in criminal claims.
The Delegates had their meetings with DOGE, participated in a DOJ press conference, drove back across the USA and made history! The only group delivering remedy for all Americans, all groups whether CPS, APS, Guardianship, Land and Title groups, for all victims of Judicial Warfare and paper terrorism within the court dockets and land records.
The journey is not over. The Delegates returned home to rest and recoup, the debt for this leg of the mission must be covered before they hit the road again. They will be back in DC soon with DOGE and working with none other than Rod Class on further actions that support these united states of America.
The Delegates have now made 6 trips to DC since April 2025, to participate in delivering the binders, remedy, verified facts in evidence/documents and now The People’s Remedy and Restoration Act – The New Declaration of Independence 2025.
There are over 40 bipartisan Congressional offices with the purposed bill and evidence, and with the remedy also paying off the national debt, the People have fully delivered the remedy to restore our Republic and ensure National Security for our America!

MISSION AND GOAL;
To deliver the people’s remedy—the New Declaration of Independence 2025—The Petition of Remonstrance, to reclaim the People’s rights and sovereignty. Additionally, to meet with DOGE and seek for Congress to encourage President Trump to pause electronic recordation and audit land records to prevent the fraudulent filing of unlawful documents and the trafficking of titles, children, identities, ranches, farms, lives and end stop the isolation of our seniors through probate crimes. This can be done through a Presidential executive order and audit by the DOGE team.
The Delegates Exposed Corruption in Land Records and Court Records:
The evidence holds banks, courts, title and real estate companies and agents, attorneys, investors, CPS, PROBATE actions and public servants accountable for counterfeit and fraudulent land/court records recorded.
COLLECT:
Hundreds of $TRILLIONS in fines, fees and lifetimes in prison from/for the criminals due to recording counterfeit/forged/fraudulent paperwork into the land records/courts. Collect hundreds of trillions of dollars, give victims remedy, give 30% to the retirement coffers of those affected by securitization racketeering, give the balance to pay down the national debt.
RETURN STOLEN TITLES & REMEDIATE DAMAGES:
The Delegates seek the remedy for property titles being restored to rightful owners of title and for them to receive treble damages. They seek the return of children to their families and seniors to be taken out of isolation. Damages are tolling, hence the name Toll and Roll!

Millions of families have lost their land, homes and lives due to financial fraud and unjust courts stripping them of their wealth, children and senior family members.

Download and send the Affidavit the Delegates provide, you may add a 1 or 2 page declaration to it, get it notarized and return it. Keep your declaration focused on the counterfeit, forged, perjured documents that started the damages. We are not giving legal advice, just suggestions to make your affidavit fit the mission. Then film a 2 minute video of your story. Focus on the counterfeit and forgeries recorded onto court dockets, land records or used to steal your property, child, parent or land.
